By manually mining the current literature and curated datasets, we collected detailed annotations for prokaryotic antimicrobial toxins and immunity proteins. Meanwhile, information on the expanded antimicrobial toxins predicted in the genome is provided, and the taxonomic source and environmental distribution characteristics of typical antimicrobial toxins are exhibited.
